Yes Body has traveled across the United States and beyond, teaching various movement and dance courses. Class offerings include: House, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Improvisation dance, as well as Inferno Hot Pilates and Bikram Method Yoga. No matter the discipline, Yes Body creates a unique movement experience that fosters self-empowerment and expressive freedom.

Millie creates a safe space to move and expand in ways that both feel good on the inside as well as outside of the body. As a teacher she is patient, joyful and filled with creativity. Any class that I have taken with Millie, whether it’s dance, Pilates or spinning I am left with a full heart and sweaty body. My mind feels clear and my heart is open. Wherever Millie goes I am following as she is a magnetic guide in all things movement. Her classes are an important piece to my self care routine in which I never want to be without. As I began semi-regular classes and 1:1 training with Millie over the past year, I’ve experienced the most profound & impactful developments yet in my life as a movement artist. Through working with Millie I learned how to start efficiently building and consistently maintaining physical fitness strength 2+ years postpartum; while evolving my capacity, confidence & courage as a creator and improv dance instructor.

We acknowledge the gifts, the stories, the curiosities, and the wounds our bodies carry, and we use these ingredients as fuel to move and dance into deeper levels of self-empowerment and grace.
